An innovative retrofit using Taylor Devices’ seismic dampers has prepared the nearly 90-year-old Robert A. Young Federal Building in St. Louis for the future. Despite extensive work within the 1 million sq ft structure, the building remained fully occupied throughout the roughly two-and-a-half-year construction phase.
