US Navy Visits Taylor Devices

Taylor Devices was recently recognized by the US Navy for exceptional support as a vital member of both the VIRGINIA Class and COLUMBIA Class Submarine programs. Over the last two years, analyses and testing of our products have been performed at shock levels above qualification standards to determine their response and failure modes at higher levels.

TDI, along with Department of Defense and Navy Subject Matter Experts worked together to perform analyses and tests to optimize the use of TDI’s fluid viscous dampers using our own one-of-a-kind test facilities to their limit.
