Nathan joins Taylor Devices as a Senior Project Manager after working in private practice as a structural engineer in Sacramento, CA. Nathan has Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from Seattle University, a Master’s degree in structural engineering from Stanford University and a PhD from the University of Colorado Boulder in Civil Engineering.
After completing his PhD in 2013, Nathan took a faculty position at Seattle University where he taught structural engineering courses for four years including graduate courses on Performance Based Earthquake Engineering and Structural Analysis of Building Systems.
Outside of work, Nathan spends time swimming or hiking with his family, loves to travel, do woodworking and seems to get wrapped up in house projects most of the time..
