Konrad joins the Taylor Devices team as the Structural Products Sales Director. Konrad is a native of New Zealand where he obtained a BE from the University of Canterbury. He later moved to the United States in 1994 with Dynamic Isolation Systems, Inc.

Konrad had 26 years working for DIS, 2 years establishing a Buckling Restrained Brace Plant for a Nippon Steel fabricator, and 8 years in commercial construction in Wellington NZ. During his time at DIS, Konrad established their first manufacturing plant and developed its production processes, designed and built equipment and test rigs.  Konrad developed several new products including a viscous damper and equipment isolation systems.  He served as President for 14 years where he focused on sales and growing business throughout North and South America, NZ, and Japan.

On a more personal front, he and his wife Sherry have 5 kids and currently reside in Reno Nevada.  Konrad enjoys fishing, hunting, riding, and working on his motorcycles.
